We are the missing middle
P/A is a boutique impact consultancy based in Geneva and Paris. We step in where impact has to be built or unlocked, across the whole journey from ambition to delivery. We bring the time, expertise, structure and execution capacity to make it happen.
We work alongside leaders across businesses, institutions, NGOs, philanthropies and finance. We come from the field: we have worked inside these organizations, so we know how they run and what it takes to get things done. Before advising on impact, we delivered it ourselves.
Impact matters.

Meet the CEO
Eric founded P/A in 2012 and has advised institutions, NGOs and corporates for fifteen years, across global health, humanitarian response, climate and corporate purpose & impact, from strategy through to standing up new organisations and running them. He began his career in the field, with ten years in humanitarian emergencies with Doctors Without Borders and the International Committee of the Red Cross. What he learned there still shapes how he works: a plan only matters if it survives contact with the real world.
